Service terms

The website is general information. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity or authorise access to a product. An engagement begins only when Liam confirms fit and scope in writing, any required terms are accepted, payment is collected and minimum intake and access are complete.

The current standard offer is a fixed USD 750 production-readiness audit of one repository, one primary product and one critical user journey. The deliverable is a founder-readable ship, remediate or rebuild verdict with ranked P0/P1/P2 findings and a bounded next-step recommendation. Any tax or transaction fee payable by the client will be identified before payment.

The 24–48 hour delivery target begins only after payment, complete intake and minimum access are verified. It is a target rather than a guarantee where access, third-party systems or client decisions block the work.

Unless a written scope says otherwise, the audit is not a formal penetration test, source-code escrow, legal opinion, privacy or regulatory certification, accounting advice, accessibility certification, App Store approval guarantee or assurance that a product is free from every defect or vulnerability.

Findings distinguish verified evidence, reasonable inference, inaccessible areas and recommendations. The client must have the authority to provide the agreed access and must disclose the critical journey and known constraints. Passwords, API keys and raw credentials must not be sent through ordinary email or forms; provider invitations and appropriately restricted access should be used instead.

Client code, accounts, data and infrastructure remain client-owned. ShipReady retains its pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how. Confidential client material is not published as proof, a testimonial or a case study without permission. Access and any retained source material are reviewed after delivery.

Remediation or implementation is outside the audit unless separately agreed. Where a written order offers an audit-fee credit against a qualifying sprint, its deadline and conditions control; no follow-on work begins automatically. Third-party services, platform decisions and fees remain outside Liam’s control and are not purchased without approval.

A requested change to repository, product, journey, deadline or deliverable may require a revised scope. Cancellation and refund rights depend on the written order, work already performed and any mandatory law. They will be stated before payment; this website does not create an automatic checkout or recurring subscription.
